@manton It’s one of those features I might like, but needs user controls. It looks like Mastodon automatically previews the first link in the post. But your example blog post just shows a text link. In both cases there’s no choice. I’d like to be able to choose myself whether to add a preview, on a per post basis. In other words there could be two different kinds of link: the normal one and the preview-style link. Maybe Mastodon has a setting for this? I’m imagining creating the link and a checkbox appears saying ‘preview?’ Yeah. Probably needs more thought!
